Friendly service with great prices. They delivered the new furniture and set it up in the living room.They did’t have room on the truck to take the old couches as they had other deliveries to make so they made a second trip just to pick them up. As a business owner myself I was impressed with the excellent service. I won’t give the large box stores business anymore as they don’t even compare.

Highly recommended.After looking at many larger stores in KW, and being on a budget, we decided to try looking at furniture stores in Guelph. The reviews and repeat customers on this site were so positive and plentiful, I was amazed, and thought we would check this store out first. Bought furniture that day. Much better quality than what we had seen previously. All leather, which I thought I couldn’t afford, or without compromising on quality. Excellent sales that day in the store.

Went in the guys were very helpful! Same day delivery that day. They were honest and said it could be next day depending on how many deliveries they had. Saw they were coming to my end of town and fit me in. Really good guys. I'm going to be recommending them to anyone who needs to buy furniture.Thanks again DJL

We bought a beautiful 7pc table set from here yesterday and we are so impressed! They worked with us to find the best time for delivery and they were here exactly when they said they were going to be. We needed our set fast, we set up our order late on Wednesday and set up delivery for early Thursday but we ended up needing to push it to later on Thursday and they were flexible and understanding. They were friendly, polite and proffessional when ordering and delivering/assembling the set and set it up pretty quickly. Well worth the money! If I ever need to buy more furniture I am definitely going to check their website again!

We bought furniture for the whole house from DJL, way better prices than anyone else out there. Fast and friendly delivery. No way we go to the big guys ever again. Just super extraordinary service from these guys. We thank you so much and definitely coming back for more.

Found this store on-line. We visited the store 2 young men working helpful with whatever you need. Store is very clean, gentlemen very nice helped with all my questions, alot of variety and we bought a wonderful sectional. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very knowledgeable and set up the sectional for us took away our old couch, they never left any of the packaging behind. They showed us how to move our sectional front a right hand chaise to a left hand chaise, made sure all the pillows were in order and all packaging was gone. This store was better than when we bought from some big box stores. The store is clean people are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the store for any furniture needs. Thank-you gentlemen for all your help and will be back soon for another couch for another room.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Exceptional customer service from the first visit to the showroom. We didn’t find anything that we were looking for and based on our specifications they brought us a couch to our house the next day to see if we were interested (and without any obligation to buy it). They ended up driving to our house twice in a weekend to show us couches (at no cost to us) and we loved the second one they brought. Our old couch was removed and new one assembled for us. I will definitely be returning to purchased my next piece of furniture with them.
